1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StoXLyze (“the Service”), available at stockxlyze.cc, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StoXLyze is an AI-powered terminal for stocks and cryptocurrency analysis. The Service provides:

  • Crypto: Real-time market data from Binance.US via WebSocket feeds; 100+ tradable pairs; interactive TradingView charts (1m, 5m, 15m, 1h, 4h, 1d, 1w); market leaders, top gainers/losers; custom watchlists; order book and market depth.
  • Stocks: S&P 500, Nasdaq, Dow Jones, Russell 2000 indices; individual stock analysis; live candlestick charts (1H to 5Y); top gainers and losers; market news; technical indicators (RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, SMA, EMA, ATR); AI Call/Put predictions.
  • AI Features (Free): News sentiment analysis (bullish/bearish classification); AI Call/Put probability predictions for stocks; technical indicator computation and display.
  • AI Features (PLUS): AI Watchlist Analysis (LLM-powered, updated hourly); AI Market Analysis (hourly AI-powered crypto analysis with sentiment and predictions); News Headline Impact Scoring (per-headline AI-assessed impact direction and magnitude 1–5); Earnings Calendar (weekly view with EPS estimates, revenue, BEAT/MISS tracking); Fear & Greed Index (CNN market sentiment gauge); ML sentiment scoring; detailed AI reasoning and short/long-term price outlooks.
  • Discord Alerts (PLUS): Opt-in Discord DM notifications for price alerts, AI analysis summaries, market recaps, and Fear & Greed sentiment shifts. Requires a Discord account. Users connect by clicking “Enable Discord DMs” in their profile and can disconnect at any time from the dashboard.
  • Price Alerts (PLUS): Set custom target prices for any stock or crypto asset. When a target is hit, receive real-time toast notifications in-app and optional Discord alerts if enabled.
  • General: Instant search for stocks and crypto; recent views; dual market mode (crypto/stocks); OAuth sign-in via Discord, Google, or X (Twitter).

Market data is sourced from third-party providers including Binance.US, Finnhub, Yahoo Finance, and CNN. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

3. Not Financial Advice

StoXLyze does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All data, analysis, AI-generated insights, predictions, sentiment scores, news headline impact scores, earnings data, and information displayed on the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. AI outputs are generated by machine learning models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. News impact scores indicate AI-estimated sentiment direction and magnitude and are not buy/sell signals. You should not make any financial decisions based solely on information provided by StoXLyze. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Cryptocurrency and stock trading involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. User Accounts

You may sign in using Discord, Google, or X (Twitter) OAuth. By authenticating, you grant us permission to access your public profile information (username, avatar, email) as provided by your OAuth provider. We do not store passwords. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts with these third-party providers. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

5. PLUS Subscription

StoXLyze offers a premium “PLUS” subscription that unlocks additional features:

  • AI Watchlist Analysis (LLM-powered, updated hourly)
  • AI Market Analysis (hourly crypto analysis with predictions)
  • News Headline Impact Scoring (AI-assessed impact direction + magnitude per article)
  • Earnings Calendar (weekly view with EPS, revenue, BEAT/MISS)
  • Fear & Greed Index (CNN market sentiment gauge)
  • ML sentiment scoring and detailed AI reasoning
  • Short-term and long-term price outlooks
  • Discord Alerts (price alerts, AI summaries, market recaps via Discord DM)
  • Price Alerts (custom target prices with in-app and Discord notifications)
  • Analyst Recommendations, Insider Trading Feed, SEC Filings
  • Support & Resistance levels, Correlation Matrix, Sector Heatmap
  • Economic Calendar, Live Order Book & Depth

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the subscription management portal accessible from your user menu. Refunds are handled in accordance with Stripe’s policies. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days’ notice. PLUS features are gated both client-side and server-side; non-subscribers cannot access PLUS API endpoints.

6. Data Sources & Third-Party Services

StoXLyze relies on third-party data providers: Binance.US (crypto prices, order book, WebSocket feeds), Finnhub (stock quotes, news, earnings calendar), Yahoo Finance (stock charts, indices), CNN (Fear & Greed Index), and Cloudflare Workers AI (LLM inference for analysis and impact scoring). We do not control the accuracy, availability, or terms of these providers. Service availability and data quality may be affected by third-party outages, rate limits, or policy changes. Earnings data is cached locally and refreshed daily to minimize API usage.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service’s APIs or infrastructure
  • Circumvent rate limits, access restrictions, subscription gates, or authentication mechanisms
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data obtained from the Service
  • Harass, abuse, or send harmful content through any chat or support features
  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
  • Use the Service to distribute malware or interfere with its operation
  • Violate the terms of any third-party services used in connection with the Service

8. Data Accuracy & No Warranty

While we strive to provide accurate real-time data, StoXLyze makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data, prices, charts, AI analyses, news impact scores, earnings estimates, or predictions. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable due to factors beyond our control including exchange outages, API limitations, network issues, or third-party errors. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our full for details on what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. In summary: we collect minimal personal data necessary to operate the Service, we do not sell your data, and you may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

10. Intellectual Property

StoXLyze, the StoXLyze logo, and all content, design, and software comprising the Service are owned by StoXLyze or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. Third-party trademarks (e.g., Binance, TradingView, Discord, Google, X) are the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOXLYZE AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES INCURRED FROM TRADING DECISIONS MADE USING INFORMATION FROM THE SERVICE, INCLUDING AI PREDICTIONS, NEWS IMPACT SCORES, AND EARNINGS DATA. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StoXLyze and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
